RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.
REFUNDS
Shop Stella's Addiction offers refunds ONLY for damaged or lost goods.
We would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This only happens in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 6 HOURS OF RECEIPT by filling the contact us form, WhatsApp or calling +234 8022847873

Please have your order number on hand.
Check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP.
In the case of non-delivery/lost goods or your parcel exceeds the estimated delivery time, do not hesitate to contact us by filling the contact us form, WhatsApp or call +234 8022847873
With your order number we will help you track your order and give you details on its location as well as the reason for its delay.
Please note, in a case where your parcel has been lost ( for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and try to rectify the issue. If after 7days, your parcel has not been found, we will issue you a refund.
PACKAGING ERROR
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact customer care and we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
HOW LONG IS PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping (within Lagos): 1-3 business days
Priority Same Day: Same day delivery. Orders must be placed before 11am to receive them same day.
Outside Lagos: 3-5 business days
**Most items are dispatched within 24 hours however, to calculate delivery time you must add processing time + delivery time = total waiting time.**
Please note that we do not ship out orders over the weekend (from Saturday – Monday)
